The Department of Human Resources is responsible for leading the development, implementation and administration of all human resources objectives, policies, training, guidelines and procedures, including employee relations, compensation and other benefits, and ensures alignment with the vision, the organizational structure and objectives of the Cree Nation of Nemaska.
