Postponement Of Members Meeting And Council Meeting

Dear Members and Residents,

Please be informed that due to the recent tragic loss in our Community, the next Council meeting originally scheduled for April has been postponed to May 21, 22, and 23, 2024. Additionally, the general members meeting will be rescheduled, with a new date announced in due course. This decision reflects the collective mourning and the need to support each other during this difficult time. 

Should you have any items for consideration at the rescheduled Council meeting, please submit the necessary documentation via email or physically at the office of the Executive Assistant Brenda Jane Wapachee, for scanning. All documents must be received by Thursday, May 16, 2024, before 5:00 p.m.
