The Nemaska Development Corporation is a governance structure that directs and controls compliance procedures within the economic and social organizations.  The governance structure consists of Board of Directors of the Executive Committee and voting/non-voting members.   The Manager of NDC is responsible for the supervision of employees and most businesses under NDC.  The accounting and finance maintain the books for the Development Corporation entities under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer which also is the Band Accountant.
